Fax Filing

The Calaveras Superior Court accepts the filing of documents through a fax filing agency pursuant to California Rule of Court, Rule 2.303.

The court does not accept the direct fax filing of documents pursuant to California Rule of Court, Rule 2.304 except upon exceptional circumstances and after obtaining leave of court.
